The Math

Your last labour-hire invoice had a 22% line you couldn't explain.

Traditional labour-hire platforms bill a bundled rate that hides their markup. iHospo is a marketplace + paymaster: you pay the worker's wage (100% to them), a flat $10 platform fee, and the $0.10 NPP transfer cost. Three lines. Nothing else.

*Restaurant Industry Award MA000119 Level 2 casual rate from 1 July 2025. Workers are independent contractors who handle their own super and PAYG; iHospo is paymaster, not employer. Subscription tiers (Busy $99/mo, Unlimited $299/mo) waive the platform fee inside their cap.

How It Works

Post a shift, match in minutes, paid same day.

1

Post the shift

Date, time, role, rate (must be at or above the award floor). Save as a template. Most cafés post in 45 seconds.

2

A worker matches

Workers browse and apply. We auto-match the best fit by reliability, distance and skills. Your card is charged the moment they're locked in — wage held in trust.

3

They turn up, do the shift

Check in, work the hours, check out. Both sides rate each other. The wage stays in our trust account until you approve the timesheet.

4

Worker is paid same day

On approval, we release the wage to the worker via NPP PayID — usually in their bank within 60 seconds. They keep 100%. We keep our $10 fee.

Pricing

$10 per matched shift. Or save more with a subscription.

Three tiers, no markup on wages, no worker-side fees. Workers always pay nothing — Supp charges them a monthly membership; we don't.

Built for trust

We hold the standards every gig platform should — and publish them.

Wage held in trust

When a worker confirms, we charge your card and hold the wage in our trust account. It releases to the worker via NPP PayID the moment you approve their timesheet — usually within 60 seconds.

Award rate is the floor

We're a marketplace — the law doesn't require us to enforce the award. We do anyway. Cafés can't post below the Restaurant Industry Award (MA000119) casual rate. No race to the bottom.

Worker pays nothing — ever

No sign-up fee. No monthly membership. No deduction from the wage. Supp charges workers a monthly membership; we don't. The café pays $10 per match — that's our whole revenue model.

Verified both sides

Workers: photo ID, right-to-work, bidirectional ratings. Venues: ABN-matched director, card on file, first-shift admin review. Bad-faith venues are removed after one substantiated dispute.

Venues That Trust Us

Our Sidekicker bill was $4,200 last month. Same shifts through iHospo are $1,500 plus $99 a month — and the wage in trust thing means we can't accidentally short anyone.
